Provides low-income living in San Joaquin Co., with free legal assistance, community education, and outreach programs. The 7 major areas are: Civil rights (i.e.: farm workers, LGBT), community development, education, health and family, housing, labor and employment and leadership development. They do not handle immigration, criminal, traffic, collections or family law cases. No one is turned away, if they can not assist in an area then a referral will be given.
