About Women's Daytime Drop-in Center Berkeley

Hours: M-F 8am-4pm. A safe daytime shelter for homeless women and children. Provides food, workshops, information personal hygiene items, and transitional housing options. Operates: The Bridget House: Bridget House provides up to six months of free housing for four families (a mother and up to two children under the age of ten). We focus on helping mothers who have a history of domestic violence and/or drug or alcohol addiction. How to apply: To be eligible for Bridget House, a mother must: Have one or two children in her care. Be homeless, with documentation of homelessness. To apply, applicants should contact The Hub by calling 211 to participate in an intake survey
