The Jobs Consortium is a pioneer in partnering comprehensive, client-centered, one-stop training and employment services with disabled and non-disabled homeless people in Alameda County, California. Their walk-in centers in Oakland and Berkeley have served over 8,000 homeless persons since 1988, and placed over 2,000 of them in jobs.
