Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10am 3:30pm; Tuesday: 10am 4:30pm (closed for lunch from noon 1pm). Emergency Shelter after 4:30 PM: 607.732.5954. To access the Food Pantry, individuals must be clients of The Samaritan Center. Enrollment is simple and can be done on your first visit. Please bring social security cards for all members of the family.
