Yes, Amanda was very professional and helpful, she was there by herself that day and the office was full. She handled it so well. She kept coming to the lobby and ensuring everyone that she was working as fast as possible and gave everyone easy instructions on making it a faster process....like having emails already sent before u came into her office. posted February 22, 2022
