Accommodation for the elderly - 55 + (20% of the 51 units may be under 55 years old)The income requirements are 50% of AMI for a Section 8 project.
Three units, not based on projects, the income limit is 60% of the AMI.
Also provides transitional housing for anyone who was previously homeless from shelters.
