Helps when you have a problem getting public benefits, including housing, Social Security, food stamps, debt collection, consumer law, unemployment and Calworks. No ID is required. Applicants must walk in and fill out a form, then be interviewed to determine if their income level qualifies them for this service. Call for the best times to come in. Hours: Mon-Th 8:30 am - 12 pm & 1 - 3 pm
