About Florida Community Prevention Center, Jacksonville Office (Operation New Hope)

Provides education and awareness-raising on substance abuse, community development skills development, sexual violence counseling, community health forums including anger management, health training, and seminars, youth counseling.

Note:

Most services are open and free of charge to the public.

Also provides physical services and access to other medical and health services.

The website for free confidential HIV/AIDS testing is open to everyone.

By appointment every Saturday and Sunday.

Fees:

Accepts Medicaid and accept others on a sliding scale.

Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., .

By appointment only on Saturdays and Sundays.
