Eligibility: Children 2-5 years of age Cost: Free and low cost child care is available based on familys income and reason for requiring child care including: parent working or in approved training or educational program or family receiving services from Administration for Childrens Services (ACS) or the Human Resources Administration. Hours of opperation: Universal Pre-kindergarten: 8:00 am - 2:20 pm., Dawning village Preschool: 8:00 am - 5:45 pm., After Care(for children attending UPK and Preschool): 3:00 pm - 5:45 pm.
