About Settlement Health

Services:

Includes nutritional education, breastfeeding support and promotion, and referrals to health and social services.

Eligible:

Infants from birth to five years old, pregnant women, and mothers of babies up to six years old who currently receive government aid and/or Medicaid are part of the school lunch program, the Head Start Program, or have a Foster Care Income Statement.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8.30 a.m. - 4.45 p.m.

Wednesday, 10:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
