Epping, NH - 03042
(603)679-3006
The Epping Watson Academy Senior Citizens Club has been incorporated since October, 1999.Our home is the Watson Academy Building. The purpose of the Club is to provide entertainment, leisure, and educational opportunities for citizens over the age of 55. One of the Clubs primary goals is to "give back" to the community and others. Senior Citizens have experience, knowledge, and time to share. A few of the projects are: care packages for soldiers, the Epping Food Pantry, Toys for Tots, Rockingham Nursing Home, Day of Caring, volunteering in the Community and many more. Monthly programs vary from attorneys, pharmacists, collectors, crafters, musicians, police and fire personal, and much more. Several ventures are planned for each month including tours, lunches, and museums. Annual events include the Christmas Party and the yearly visits to the sixth grade to talk about World War II. Many of the Club members attended High School in the Watson Academy where we have entered the same doors and walked the same stairs for more than fifty years. We sincerely appreciate being a part of the community and hope to be involved for many years to come...
