Offers immediate needs and tools to help families create a stable environment. Families can receive 5 to 10 clothes per week. Health Coaching is a service that allows community members to speak privately with a registered nurse about health issues. This also includes information about nutrition. They do blood pressure checks, as well as checking your blood sugar levels.
Requirements:
Must have identification and proof of residence. New customers must bring a photographic identification and a proof of residence, i.e.
CPS, SAW S invoice or lease agreement.
Food Pantry Hours of Operation: Tuesday 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Clothing Hours of Operation: Tuesday 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm
Job/Education Center - Hours of Operation: Tuesdays 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm Thursdays 8:30 am - 11:30 am
Every Tuesday 12:00 pm -2:00 pm: Customers have access to a computer to complete job applications, online courses, help with writing and interview preparation
