The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians offers free legal clinics for immigrants on the second Tuesday of every month from 3 to 5:30 p.m at the Center City location. Clients talk in private to an attorney about any legal questions they may have; immigration, business, family, or employment. Please register in advance to reserve an appointment.
