Hii I'm only 16 years old and my mother won't let me obtain any of my papers what do I do

How would I apply for my sons brith certificate and social security card

Need help getting my ID & social security card.

I have a friend who worked there and i know many ppl youve helped

I was there last week Wed. I got a check for my I.D. and the Lady there made an appointment at D.M.V. for me which I went to. They would not accept the letter I had from the Social Security office. So I didn't get the I.D. I still have the check that I was given by Opporation I.D.

I have money and birth certificate, but am newly homeless. How to get I.D. ?
