The NYC Free Clinic provides the full range of healthcare services that include specialty referrals, counseling, patient education, social services, and screening and registration for public health insurance. New patients to the NYCFC will be screened for free health insurance eligibility by a social worker. Bringing documents (such as ID, proof of income, benefits information, etc.) will help to determine your insurance eligibility. Call to schedule a screening. If you are a current patient of the NYCFC, call to schedule an appointment. Calls can be made Mon. Fri. 8 am 10 pm and Sat. Sun. 8 am 8 pm. Patient appointments currently are held every Sat. 9 am 1 pm.
