Provides education, prevention, care and support to those living with a chronic infectious and/or life threatening disease. Also offers support groups for people living with HIV, separate groups for families and friends, and a hepatitis support group. Also provides emergency financial assistance, including for food/household goods/nutritional supplements, housing, medical needs, transportation, and essential utilities for CID clients. All services are free and confidential. Hours: Mon-Th 8 am - 6 pm.
