The Rising Tide Transitional Housing Program provides an intentional community, which offers motivated young men and women an intermediate step between foster care dependency and independence. Program provides motivated young people with apartment living and an added opportunity to develop the skills that they will need for a successful transition to self-sufficiency. The length of the program is 18-24 months for emancipated fosteryouth, ages 18-24. Program specifics include: employment guidance and support, life skills experience, counseling, and individual accountability.
