About Our Place Comprehensive Health Services

They offer a continuum of on-site culturally competent, client-centered medical and social support services for people who are infected or affected by chronic infection disease.

They also offer case management, access to care, housing, substance abuse, mental health, support group and legal services (except for criminal and traffic violation).

All services are free of charge.
