About Valentine Senior Center

Valentine Senior Center was founded in 1983 with the financial support of the North-East District Area Agency on Aging and local Fundraising.
It has continued to thrive through participation in the meal program, the health clinics offered and recreational activities such as playing pool, cards and puzzles.
They offer a free loan program for medical equipment, books, puzzles and books on tape.
They have two computers available for participants use, one of which is connected to the Internet.
A manager is trained to assist with Medicare, Medicare Part D issues, and can help participants apply for financial assistance, such as Medicaid, through the Department of Health & Human Services.
