The Helena Senior Center offers older adults the opportunity to have lunch and to participate and make socialize in a friendly atmosphere.
This is often a meeting point for programs on senior issues and meeting places for groups advocating senior issues.
The Center can host medical examinations, tax assistance, and assistance with Medicare or Medicaid matters.
The Helena Senior Center also offers classes in exercise, writing, crafts, and art, as well as group games such as bingo, pinochle, and bridge.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
I’ve lived in Helena for seven months. I moved here to live near by my kids and grandkids after loosing my husband. I’m wanting to meet others my age. Would this be a good place to do that ?
