Food, entertainment, and companionship govern events at the thirty-two(32) OAKS Senior Centers in Southeastern Missouri.

The Nutrition Program offers lunch opportunities for those over 60 or married to someone over 60.

Lunch consists of 1 or 2 entrees, 2 or 3 vegetables, salad, bread, dessert, milk, or an optional hot or cold drink.

Some venues also offer occasional dinner.

Activities and services vary from location to location depending on available resources and client interests.

Some of the often scheduled activities include crafting, scrapbooking, card game, bingo, and Wii tournaments, exercise programs, dance, music entertainment, medical screenings and checks, educational programs, food education, and holiday parties.

For more information on each center's activities and schedule, please visit their websites or contact them directly.
