Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Eligibility: Total household income of all people sharing a living space under $25,000 (pay stub with YTD listed), all ages; PA or DE Health and Social Services Card, WIC Card, Medicare or Disability Card, Release From Jail Form, SSI, referral letter. Fees: None.
