Provides case management, prescription assistance and specialty care referrals for uninsured residents in Pitt and Greene counties with incomes under 125% of the Federal Poverty Level. Those who meet HealthAssist's eligibility criteria are provided case management to help them navigate the health care system. Patients are also able to get some specialty medical care at a significantly reduced rate.
