Services: Boarding Homes: serves 51 residents located in Red Bank and Asbury Park. The boarding homes serve three meals per day and have 24-hour staff coverage to provide an individual level of support for each resident. The primary goal of HABcores homes is to help our residents reach independent living when appropriate. In order to be eligible for the Boarding Home Program, applicants must be single adults, ages 18 and older.*** Independent Living Program: HABcore's Independent Living Program serves individuals and families with children in apartments scattered throughout Monmouth and Ocean County. Rent is calculated to be approximately 30% of the combined household income. In order to qualify, applicants must have a permanent special need or disabling condition, and be homeless or at risk of homelessness. Specific requirements vary according to funding source and availability.
