I would appreciate receiving information on agencies to assist me in paying my electric bills and prescription drugs, medical ointments and supplies. I am a 72 quadriplegic requiring a 24/7 caregiver to change my diapers, get me in and out of bed, cook my meals and escort me to doctors ‘ appointments and therapy sessions.
