Clinica Sierra Vista serves a geographically dispersed, low-moderate-fixed income, ethnically diverse, frontier-rural-urban-migrant-homeless patient population. Services at this location:Primary Care: Including Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology; WIC: including nutrition services; MCOP: Maternal Child Outreach Program; Patient Navigator: Chronic Disease Management; Health Insurance Assistance Program: Outreach and Enrollment; CDP: Cancer Detection Program; Oral Health Care; Dental Services; Phlebotomy: draw blood from patients for various lab tests and procedures; F-PACT: Family Planning, Access, Care and Treatment Program; Retinopathy Screening: Diabetes Collaborative. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, 2nd and 4th Sat 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
