An adult day health care program that serves senior and disabled adults, 18 years of age or older, in Pitt and surrounding counties. Services include: on-site RN/LPN (4 hours per day), along with therapeutic programs and activities. Participants must complete a registration process in advance. Both grants and private pay are available. Private pay fees are based on the participant's level of care and income. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm.
