I hope to God I never need help again with rental arrears...but if I ever do I would not count on this place to help! I had given them every stich of information they asked for to recieve help...after they threatened to throw file in garbage.. And even had a social worker help me fax papers and took 3 buses and a train to facility to drop more paperwork off! And was told all was good...and weeks went by and apartment management who who received money from 3 other resource facilities that plesged to help posted March 15, 2020
