About Central Outreach and Advocacy Center

Central Outreach and Advocacy Center is open for services Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm. On Wednesdays, in addition to the morning hours, we are also open from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Our phone lines open at 9:15 each morning. Supportive (Crisis) Services - Art MinistryOur supportive services meet critical needs. We assist our guests in obtaining birth certificates and identification, which open doors to employment, healthcare, and housing. We also provide access to emergency food and clothing and assist guests with benefits enrollment. Through partnerships with other agencies, we offer on-site vision clinics and prescription glasses, basic medical care, and legal aid.
