Provides low & no cost health & wellness services, emergency food, emergency food vouchers, help in applying for food stamps, housing assistance, related supportive services and more. Hello we are currently living in our car and looking for programs and assistance with finding affordable housing in the Chico/Oroville area. My boyfriend and I are receiving S. S. I. and disability but we only have 1 year rental history we have been either homeless or living in the car on and off for 6 years. If you can help us at all we would be so grateful. Thank you,
