The JFS { Valley Storefront Senior Center provides a wide range of health and social services to older adults and their families. While creating a caring community, the center prides itself on the ability to address the diverse needs of our members and provide emotional support to the entire family. Services offered at the VSF include counseling, support groups, care management, recreational activities, congregate meals, crisis intervention, advocacy, assistance with filling out forms, and socialization. Recently, the JFS { Valley Storefront opened an older adult fitness center which offers special ergonomically supportive exercise equipment designed for older adults, supervision by trained staff and dedicated volunteers, and individually tailored exercise programs. Whether helping families face such challenges as loss of a spouse or dealing with declining health, the center remains uniquely qualified in providing social and recreational services.
