About Boriken Neighborhood Health Center

Nutrition education, breastfeeding support and promotion and referrals to health and social services. Eligibility: Infants from birth to five years old, pregnant women and mothers of babies up to six years old who are currently receiving public assistance and/or Medicaid, are part of the school lunch program, the Head Start Program or have a Foster Care Income Statement. Cost: None. Languages: English, Spanish. Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm., Thursday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
