ACCESS Community Health Center is dedicated to serving the acute and chronic health care needs of all community members. ACCESS provides a wide range of health care services including primary and specialty care, including: HIV care, substance use treatment, mental health, physical therapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. ACCESS provides health and dental care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A sliding fee scale is available, depending on family size and income, for those without insurance.
