Studies show that older people participating in senior center programs learn to manage and delay the onset of chronic illness and can measure physical, social, mental, emotional, mental, and financial well-being. You can experience great improvements. HMS provides  five centers for the elderly in two counties to help improve the health and well-being of the elderly in Hidalgo and Grant counties.
