WCCSS was established in 2001 with our mission being to serve hot, delicious meals five days a week to citizens who reside in Western Clinton County. WCCSS is the home of the Meals on Wheels program with volunteers visiting and delivering a hot, nutritious meals to homebound clients in Albers, Aviston, Damiansville, New Baden, New Memphis and Trenton.
