WCCSS was established in 2001 with our mission being to serve hot, delicious meals five days a week to citizens who reside in Western Clinton County. WCCSS is the home of the Meals on Wheels program with volunteers visiting and delivering a hot, nutritious meals to homebound clients in Albers, Aviston, Damiansville, New Baden, New Memphis and Trenton. We offer programs that are of interest to our people, education concerning nutrition, wellness and many services including Benefits Access, flu shots, blood pressure checks and help with Medicare A,B,C and D.
