As a member of the Parks and Recreation Department, the McMinnville Senior Center serves the needs of McMinnville's older adult population through recreational opportunities and leisure pursuits as well as a host of social and personal support services and programs. A wide variety of classes and travel opportunities are also made available through the Senior Center. The Wortman Park Cafe is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 am until 1:00 pm. Daily operations and programs are supported by more than 5,000 volunteer hours annually and by the contributions of the Friends of the McMinnville Senior Center who also sponsor various events and activities throughout the year.
