free showers, free laundry. **Food Program: The food program is available Monday - Friday. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 9:00 AM. Coffee, breakfast pastries, fresh fruit and cereal are served. Lunch is served from 10:00 to 11:30 AM. A take out bag will be provided that includes a meat and cheese sandwich, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, crackers/chips and juice drink. Pastries are also provided upon request. ** Health Care Assistance: Clients that do not have insurance meet with the Health Care Advocate who interviews them to gather the data needed to assist them in enrolling in Health Care District medical insurance. The Healthcare Advocate works as a case manager and assists clients in scheduling doctor appointments, providing transportation to procedures (as needed), and obtaining prescriptions. Emergency housing is provided for clients requiring short term respite care.** ID Assistance and more!: This program assists homeless clients who are in need of a birth certificate to obtain FL Identification. Clients may use St. Ann Places address to receive mail and there is a phone available for calls. A computer is also provided for internet access. On Wednesfay and Thursday afternoons, staff assists clients to enroll for Food Stamps. Once a month, free haircuts are provided by a group of local hair stylists.** Job Support Program: This program helps homeless clients who have found a job by providing uniforms, work boots, etc. for those who need them, buying the tools a prospective employer may require or pay for licensing fees when needed.
