Gone are the days of our senior citizens passively watching the world go by. The Senior Center of York offers a wide variety of educational and entertaining programs for adults. Participation is open to seniors age 55 or better and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required for all activities, and are offered on a first-come, first serve basis. We at the Senior Center of York like to think our Center is one of the best in the area. Many have made the Senior Center of York a "second home" where they can join friends in crafts, exercise classes, line dancing, painting and drawing, or needlework and bridge, to name only a few. Yes, we do have checkers and dominoes, too. The Center is operated by York County with involvement from the business and civic community and the Peninsula Agency on Aging (PAA).
