In addition to lunch, participants enjoy the opportunity to socialize and meet new friends, experience educational opportunities, participate in wellness programs, and enjoy interesting and fun activities. In most cases, door-to-door transport can be provided. Proposed donations are collected to cover meal costs. Centers for the elderly also run fundraising programs throughout the year to generate income for a wide range of social and leisure activities, including travel. Some of the center's activities include participation in the Library of Congress (Culpeper) film days, Seniors of America Month service projects, games, exercise, music, disease prevention programs, and regional holiday lunches. Extraordinary voluntary and public support, as well as hard work and dedication of the Center's senior managers, make all this possible. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ..
