The Seniors meet at the La Vista Community Center. Lunch is served Monday through Friday at 11:30 a.m. for a nominal donation. The suggested contribution is $4.00 for adults 60 years and older. For those under 60, the cost of the meal is $9.25. There are also other activities provided throughout each month. Lunch reservations must be ordered by noon the prior business day at 402-331-3455. Transportation is available for La Vista and Ralston residents on the La Vista/Ralston Special Services Bus. Activities include a Walking Club which meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Many Seniors take advantage of this time to get a little exercise AND socialize with others. We also help you to keep track of your progress. There is no age limit and no charge for the Walking Club, so come join in!..
