The Cass County Council on Aging is a non-profit organization that has been active in Cass County since 1979. Their aim is to improve the quality of life of elderly people living in Cass County. Their program prepares a hot, nutritious meal on site for their clients and also serves clients coming home under the program Meals on Wheels. They provide a public area where older people can meet and socialize. They provide transportation to and from the center through a contract with OATS. Some of the activities provided are a monthly dance, the first Tuesday of each month, bingo several times a month, access to medical examinations and day trips every month. ..
