Our mission is to promote successful aging through a three-fold approach: lifelong learning, healthy living, and social engagement. Besides traditional activities for seniors such as bingo or card games, Senior Commons connects older adults with all aspects of their community and each other through technology, events, and people power. Become actively involved! Volunteer, join groups with others who share the same interests, participate in tailored exercise programs, share a luncheon meal with friends and neighbors at the twice weekly luncheons, or expand your knowledge with workshops and classes on topics of interest. Independence, health and wellness are important to everyone, but particularly to those of us in our later years. With a positive attitude, a support network and the Senior Commons Programs and Activities , you can begin a new and exciting chapter of your life! Furthermore, share your vision of what makes living meaningful and fun by developing a group or program if you wish with the support of the Senior Commons volunteer staff.
