Become actively involved! Volunteer, join groups with others who share the same interests, participate in tailored exercise programs, share a luncheon meal with friends and neighbors at the twice weekly luncheons, or expand your knowledge with workshops and classes on topics of interest. With a positive attitude, a support network and the Senior Commons Programs and Activities , you can begin a new and exciting chapter of your life! Furthermore, share your vision of what makes living meaningful and fun by developing a group or program if you wish with the support of the Senior Commons volunteer staff.
