Serves Shelbyville and Oldham County Emergency Shelter/Supportive Services/Transitional Housing for Victims of intimate partner or sexual violence and their children have access to emergency shelter located in Jefferson County. Support services include: individual counseling, case management, children's services, support groups (adults & children), legal advocacy, medical advocacy, economic services, transitional housing services and 24 hour crisis line.

Free Primary Health Care and Rx assist program free to the homeless and anyone of low income without health insurance. Open each Thursday afternoon, third Monday and Wednesday of each month.
