Senior Citizens Centers are designed to help the community meet the needs of the aging population by offering congregation and home-delivered meals, transportation services, health promotion, nutrition education, exercise, travel, planned activities and mental stimulation to name but a few. The program is aimed at people over 60 years of age, but is prepared and actively offers exciting activities for their Baby Boomer generation.
