The organization operates four Senior Centers in the Georgia counties of Clay, Harris, Randolph, and Stewart. The centers serve as a place where senior adults find community and a variety of activities to enrich their lives. Nutrition is central to the goal of promoting the physical and mental health of eligible elderly people attending the center. Lunchtime meals are provided for the community five days a week. Meals are planned by a registered nutritionist and attend 1/3 of the daily RDA/AI for the elderly. It is provided to ensure access to the transportation services of the center. A plan is provided for the availability of food for participants in this program in advance or during weather emergencies and disasters.
