The Lighthouse Ministries is a homeless shelter that provides three free visits a month and after that, it is $7 a night. Dinner and chapel services are at no charge. They also offer a thrift store, children's programs and an adult education center.

Open five or six days weekly, has a regular staff and provides multiple services. Must be uninsured and not receiving any insurance of any kind. Must have a Polk County Identification. Must meet income requirements (less than 200% of federal poverty guidelines).
