Requirements Needed: Valid photo ID for anyone over the age of 18. Proof of income (pay stub, bank statement, passport for services or notice of action, letter of the prize). Proof  of address (rental receipt, rental agreement, or utility bill in your name). REACH Program: - Utility Assistance: The Salvation Army serves local PG and E clients through the REACH program, which is managed by the Dollar Energy Fund. This program helps eligible customers with their Pacific Gas and Electricity bills. Customers may be entitled to receive a one-time subsidy that is applied directly to their utility bill for services that are in danger of termination. Call 530-222-2207 to make an appointment.
