Senior Wellness is important at this center. Come join the tai chi class or attend programs on heart disease, diabetes, blood pressures and cholesterol. This center has a state of the art fitness center, equipped with 8 pieces of commercial exercise equipment, designed to enhance and build fitness. The fitness center is open to seniors each day or evening the center is open. For those not 60 years of age, there is a membership to the fitness room that can be purchased for $25 per month for one person and $40 per month for 2 people. Exercise your mind with activities like Sudoku, crosswords and card games and show off your artistic skills by participating in craft classes. This center is dedicated to senior wellness and some of the classes offered are Tai Chi, Everybody Exercise and Better Body Exercise. Or you can come in and use the 2 treadmills available and then play a game of pool or 2. Tap into your creative side by attending an art class or keep your brain active by playing bridge, Mexican Train Dominoes, Skip Bo. Fridays bring bingo with great fun and greater prizes.
