Cordova, SC - 29039
(803)531-4646
Established in the fall of 2011, the CCSC was developed as a collaborative project between Orangeburg County and a group of community-based citizens in Cordova. They exist to give local older people the opportunity to interact with old friends and make new ones, and to participate in programs that enrich their hearts, minds, and bodies in a safe and caring environment. Located at 160 Mixon Mill Road in Cordova, South Carolina, their facility offers four exercise rooms with the latest equipment and a computer lab, as well as classes for those interested in learning more. The quiet reading room features a cozy fireplace and a collection of books from the Orangeburg County Library, as well as card and board games for group use. A full kitchen and a large meeting room complete their facilities and allow us to provide their members with meeting space for their ongoing programs, special interest events, and members' meetings and dinners. Their building can also be used to host special events, parties, and meetings at reasonable rates. Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Wednesday,  9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday,  9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Sunday,  9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ..
